Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14
Our mission statement is "Exemplifying Righteouseness to Build and Encourage Righteousness." The leaders, teachers, and coaches that work in the Children's Department believe that the children will be able to live for God if we show examples of how to live by following Christ and showing unconditional love. We also believe that reaching families and teaching what God commands is key to building righteousness.
There is a place for everyone to be involved. Join us and you will discover the impact it will make in your family life. As your children worship with us, we would love to have you come hear hear our Pastor and be a part of an exciting time of worship.

Now is the time to teach our children more than goodness; we must teach them godliness. The difference is a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. That relationship is the basis for our foundation and belief system.
Awana is a global, nonprofit ministry committed to the belief that the greatest impact for Christ starts with kids who know, love and serve Him. The mission of Awana is to help "churches and parents worldwide raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ."

The Children’s Celebration Choir is for ages, kindergarten through 5th grade. The children’s choir also features ministries in song with hand bells. Practice is on Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM before the children’s morning Bible studies. Pam Honaker and her assistant Micki Adams lead the children’s choir and hand bell ensemble.
A breakfast is served every Sunday morning to the children. It is served from around 8:15-8:45 AM in the children’s department in the basement. Teachers in the children’s area take turns cooking and preparing breakfast for the children. Some of the food for breakfast has included; homemade rolls, pancakes, milk and cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, juices, etc. It varies week to week. Any child coming to Bible study may eat at this breakfast. There is no charge.
